Business Development Coordinator

What’s the opportunity?

The Inside Sales Representative is an integral member of the Sales & Marketing team, supporting the account managers by generating and qualifying leads. She/he is also responsible for boosting awareness towards Numeca’s portfolio and implementing sales processes in the CRM.

 

What will you do?

Responsibilities will include:

  • Business development: generate qualified calls/appointments for new business by

    • Lead search in target areas: aerospace, marine, power generation, automotive,...

    • Conducting cold calls

    • Representing NUMECA at trade shows & conferences to source new leads  

    • Following Salesforce policies for escalation of leads into contacts

    • On-going business development support for the account management team

  • Coordinate with Salesforce administrator to ensure successful implementation of approved sales tools

  • Salesforce process tuning:

    • Outline & implement a process to utilize new functionalities

    • Create dashboards, reports, lists to benchmark outbound prospecting performance

  • Process

    • Define & chart lead generation process & top-of-funnel activities

    • Document outbound selling process

 

Who and what are we looking for from you?

  • Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent

  • A first experience in inside sales or technical sales is a plus 

  • Driven by results, enthusiastic, solutions oriented, client focused

  • Fluent English language is a prerequisite

  • Dutch or French is a plus

You should be highly motivated and dynamic, have good communication and analytical skills, a problem solver and a team player.
